CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD LIMITED PRESS RELEASES
The two releases below have been received from CMNL:

Stagecoach Devon – Battle of Trafalgar

UKBUS1033 Alexander Dennis ALX400-bodied Trident

CMNL is proud to release the latest livery on its well-known casting – the Alexander Dennis ALX400-bodied Trident. This is UKBUS1033 carrying the most eye-catching “Battle of Trafalgar” livery.

This model represents Stagecoach in Devon 18304 (WA05 MHJ).

The Battle of Trafalgar livery was commissioned by Torbay Council to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. The livery was designed by Graphic Designer Mike Fryers and applied to the Trident 18304 by Torbay Posters. Mike Fryers has previously worked on a number of liveries for Stagecoach Devon including the South Devon College and “Brunel 200” liveries.

The replica features excellent detailing, inside and out, including an opening engine door and engine detail. This is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the windows and livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. The model also has no unnecessary metal poles to hold it together.

UKBUS1033 comes in a long line of special route-branding or commemorative liveries representing Stagecoach in Devon fleet members:

UKBUS0009 : Stagecoach in Devon (Bayline livery)

UKBUS0010 : Stagecoach in Devon (South Devon College)

UKBUS0018 : Stagecoach in Devon (Culm Valley)

UKBUS1024 : Stagecoach in Devon (Exeter Park & Ride)

UKBUS1026 : Stagecoach in Devon (Brunel 200)

CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD LTD PRESS RELEASE
The below press release has been received this morning from CMNL:

UKBUS6004 Alexander Dennis Enviro400

First Devon & Cornwall

Creative Master Northcord Limited is pleased to announce the release of Alexander Dennis Enviro400 UKBUS6004, the long awaited model with splendid “Park & Ride” route-branding colours.

UKBUS6004 features the fleet number 33419 (WA56 FTU), working for First Devon and Cornwall

In 2006 First Devon and Cornwall was awarded the contract to operate the new George Junction Park and Ride situated on the Northern Corridor of Plymouth, by Plymouth City Council. Part of a massive investment from the Department for Transport, £1.4m worth of funding was available to purchased 9 Alexander Dennis Enviro400 vehicles. In January 2007 the fleet of brand new, state of the art buses came into service. As well as being ultra modern and luxurious with leather seats, CCTV, real time information and on board radio channels, these buses are among the most environmentally friendly double-deckers in Europe. The buses also have extra leg room for passenger comfort. Seating capacity is 71 with 22 standing or 69 plus 1 wheelchair and 22 standing.

The distinctive blue and white clouds livery was designed by a local design agency Bluestone Ltd, whose brief was to design a livery which would be iconic to Plymouth and would stand out from all other public transport in Plymouth.

The Alexander Dennis Enviro400 UKBUS6004 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the bonded windows and the livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. Another main feature on the UKBUS6004 model is its dual individual tree protectors at the front. The front dome on the model is significant, with its curved windscreen.

Creative Master Northcord is creating new design standards in the layout of the interior of both saloons. The features inside the compartments represent the really outstanding layout of the bus, including the extensive portrayal of handrails on both upper and lower decks. The headlights at the front are made of individual components to look more realistic.

UKBUS6004 has additional features to First Devon and Cornwall specification, including newly designed CCTV on board.

The brand new Enviro400 bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Transit Graphics (Australia), cnmycar.com (P. R. China), Porte Publishing Company (Japan) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS6004 model is limited to 1600 pieces worldwide.

CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD - FIVE PRESS RELEASES

UKBUS6006 Alexander Dennis Enviro400

Travel London

Following the great success of the launch models of the Alexander Dennis Enviro400 in two different overall lengths, Creative Master Northcord Limited is pleased to announce the release of UKBUS6006, the third dual-door, short-wheelbase Alexander Dennis Enviro400 model, on this occasion in Travel London standard livery.

UKBUS6006 represents fleet number 9401 (LJ56 VSZ) that was new to Travel London in early 2007.

Travel London, part of the National Express Group, operates the capital’s 452 bus service. The service operates from the company’s Battersea depot using ADL Enviro400 vehicles which were introduced onto the 452 in February 2007. The 452 runs from Wandsworth Road Station to Kensal Rise via Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and Notting Hill Gate. The ADL Enviro400 is an innovative, spacious and easy access bus which helps Travel London to achieve its aim of ‘Making Travel Simpler’.

The Alexander Dennis Enviro400 UKBUS6006 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the square-mounted, gasket windows and the livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. Another main feature on the UKBUS6006 model is its dual individual tree protectors at the front. The front dome on the model is also significant, with its curved windscreen on the upper deck.

Creative Master Northcord is creating new design standards in the layout of the interior of both saloons. These features inside the compartments represent the really outstanding layout of the Enviro400, such as an additional seat behind the driving cab, additional ventilation equipment on the upper deck ceiling, and extensive portrayal of handrails on the upper and lower deck, etc. The headlights at the front are made of individual components to look more realistic.

The brand new Enviro400 bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Transit Graphics (Australia), Porte Publishing Company (Japan), cnmycar.com (P. R. China) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS6006 model is limited to 1700 pieces worldwide.

UKBUS7008 Scania OmniCity

Arriva Merseyside

Creative Master Northcord Limited is releasing the eighth replica on its popular Scania OmniCity model tooling. It is UKBUS7008 with AirLink 500 route branded livery for Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Allocated to route 500 linking Liverpool City Centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, three Polish-built Scania OmniCity buses were placed into service with Arriva North-West during 2005.

These buses carry the dark blue and cream livery signifying their allocation to this high-profile route. To serve the needs of travellers with luggage they are fitted out with extensive racking, and their low-floor design facilitates access for passengers with mobility difficulties, as well as for those taking luggage on board.

UKBUS7008 represents the final member of the trio, 2063 (CX05 EOY) operating route 500 towards Liverpool City Centre.

The Scania OmniCity UKBUS7008 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the square-mounted, double-glazed windows and the livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible.

Key features of the UKBUS7000 series, exemplified on UKBUS7008, include two extended luggage racks on board, an extensive portrayal of handrails and the headlight / indicator units at the front made of individual, translucent components to look more realistic.
